Dr. Milton J. Perkins, PhD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CF-APMP, CPC
Dr. P is the Senior Vice President of ActOne Government Solutions, Inc., (a subsidiary of The ActOne Group), responsible for pursuing, managing, and delivering staffing solutions to government agencies, coordinating government talent solutions contracts for all other ActOne Group companies, and providing HR consulting to government, private sector, and not-for-profit organizations, worldwide. Formerly he operated as the Chief HR Officer for Mint Dentistry, the VP, HR for Kasasa, as well as the Chief Accountability and Human Resources Officer for Vanguard Integrity Professionals. He has also worked as the Head of Global Talent Management for Hewitt Associates, was the Senior Director of Workforce Solutions for AgileOne (a subsidiary of the ActOne Group), and the Recruitment & Staffing Consulting Practice Leader for EDS, to name a few. He is also the contracted Chief Diversity Officer for several client organizations. With over 44 years of human capital experience, Dr. Perkins has a tremendous wealth of practical, research, teaching and consulting experience in developing innovative business solutions through people.
He is actively sought out to speak at business and human capital conferences, worldwide, specializing in providing next practice content to the Society for Human Resource Management in the areas of Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, People Analytics, Unconscious/Conscious Bias, Workforce Planning, and HR Strategy Development. He has spoken on these and other related topics in over forty-one countries and in every state and U.S. territory.
He has a PhD in Management, with published research on Environmental Variables Impacting Virtual Employee Engagement, a MS in Human Resources, as well as a BS, Management, Computer Information Systems. He has earned his SHRM People Analytics, Human Capital Management Qualified Advisor, Total Rewards, Internal Investigations, and HR Quality Management Advisor Specialty Credentials, and is certified SHRM-SCP, HRCI SPHR, CF-APMP, and NAPS CPC.
