Dr. Denise Caleb, M.Ed., CME, SHRM-CP, PHR, is the First Vice President and Director of the Human Capital Consulting Practice at FutureSense. As one of the leading experts in the country on DEIB, holding a CHRO position twice, spending more than 25 years in human resources, business development, and executive leadership roles, and a military spouse of 27 years, Dr. Caleb is focused on innovating and leading the Human Capital strategies and expanding the service lines to enhance FutureSense’s DEIB capabilities.

From the halls of justice to corporate corridors, Kelly Charles-Collins has dedicated her life to fostering respect, equity, and accountability in every sphere she touches. With over two decades of experience as an employment law trial attorney, she’s transformed her passion for justice into a mission of empowerment, using her unique skill set to enlighten, engage, and activate. As a Black woman and mother, Kelly has encountered her share of bias and discrimination. But instead of letting these experiences silence her, they amplified her voice, pushing her to advocate for others. This has fueled her to work with companies like Raymond James, eBay, BayCare Health Systems, United States Tennis Association, Grow Financial, Big Brothers Big Sisters to cultivate safe, inclusive, conversational, and accountable cultures where every person and every voice matters.

Kelvin Goss

Kelvin Goss is a Human Resources Executive with expertise advising and guiding senior leaders on enhancing employee engagement, evaluating performance trends, and implementing enterprise-wide talent solutions to achieve the organization’s vision and objectives. Kelvin was awarded the honor of 2023 SHRM DEI Leader of the Year! Kelvin designed, orchestrated, and implemented a DEI roadmap that led to Delek US Holdings being recognized as best in class, based on ISO standards from the Human Resource Standard Institute for DEI Culture. Kelvin designed and developed a new diversity, equity, and inclusion card game “You Played the Race Card,” which he has leveraged to educate individuals and teams and assist organizations like Walmart, Sam’s Club, HEB Grocer, Orange Theory and VSP to enhance their DEI philosophy and understanding of the value of all races, cultures and people.

Chisa Marie Miller

Chisa Marie Miller is an accomplished trainer, facilitator and public speaker. As a woman on a mission to impact the way we interact with and understand each other, she believes in the power of storytelling and the willingness to listen to others. She stands by the importance of seeing the humanness in others, guided by the principle that we do not have to be “one of” to “stand with.” Chisa has created an facilitated numerous training courses that focus on cultural shifts, implicit bias, leadership and high-performance teams.
